NATURAL METHODS TO CURE ECZEMA

I was recently asked how you can cure or treat eczema problems naturally. And well, since it is a very common condition and more present lately because of the sun’s rays, here I will tell you. Eczema occurs when the skin becomes inflamed, itchy, or has a rash-like appearance. There 5 types of eczema:

  • Atopic Dermatitis

  • Contact Dermatitis

  • Eczema Nummular

  • Seborrheic Dermatitis

  • Stasis Dermatitis

When an irritant or allergen outside or inside the body turnsthe immune system, inflammation occurs. Many of the eczema relief products contain petroleum or some topical steroid, and I honestly think neither is a good choice. I think they should stop being used to treat this problem.

There are methods that can be applied to alleviate the symptoms of eczema.

  1. Avoid dairy products
  2. Do not use abrasive facial cleansers
  3. Use mild laundry detergents
  4. Eat foods that are rich in omega 3
  5. Eat anti-inflammatory foods
  6. Increase vitamin D
  7. Avoid hot baths

Now, we can also apply certain ingredients, equally natural, to relieve eczema topically . For example:

  • Aloe vera
  • Oatmeal mask
  • Apple cider
  • Unrefined coconut oil
  • Tea tree oil

You can treat with these methods and you will see that your eczema will calm down. Believe me, I did. Preferably with aloe vera
