Did you know that feet do not have sebaceous glands? Therefore we must moisturize them to avoid cracks that are formed by dryness. Many of us consider that the feet are a fundamental part of our body. Well, at the end of the day, it is the feet that support all the weight and those that allow us to move from place to place.

By divine grace, our feet are strong and resilient, but that doesn’t mean they don’t need care. The feet need other types of care apart from painting the nails. To show off healthy feet it is necessary to follow certain routine care and frequent maintenance. It may take some time but take it as a break for yourself and not as a routine.

  • First, submerge your feet in a bowl with warm or hot water, as far as you can bear it. You can add coarse salts, or essential oils. I prefer essential oils, especially Tea Tree. Let them absorb the properties of whatever it is you’ve added.

  • Later, he takes sandpaper for feet and begins to remove the dead skin. If you’ve never done this, you’re probably going to freak out when the dead skin starts to come out. But it is normal. When finished, dip your foot again and continue with the other.

  • Then cut your nails or file them to your liking and if you apply polish, let it dry and then apply your favorite moisturizer. I mix petroleum jelly with a little lemon juice and lavender oil, put them in socks and leave them like that overnight.

Many women use pumice or volcanic rock to remove dead skin. I use a special sandpaper for the feet. But I guess it’s everyone’s taste. If you work on your feet for a long time, wear comfortable insoles that support your feet. Do not forget that it is also important to massage the feet to stimulate circulation.
