5 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR SKINCARE ROUTINE

Like many people who carry out various tasks during the day, in the end, you end up exhausted and only wanting to drag yourself to your bed. Definitely, your skin care routine is more difficult at night for the simple fact that at the end of the day you are dead tired. Surely you have thought, what if I skip cleaning today?

But NO, skin care is important and you should do it.

That is why in today’s post, I preferred to give voice to many women who have asked this question, among others. And they probably haven’t cleared up yet. Among many, highlight the most popular.

  1. WHY DO YOU NEED TO HAVE A SKINCARE ROUTINE?

Your skin is a protective layer that protects you from all environmental factors, pollution, UV rays, etc. For this reason, as a token of appreciation, we must give it that maintenance so that it continues to do a spectacular job.
In addition to all that, your skin reflects your health. For example, how do you know that a person smokes daily? By the state of his skin.
Everything that you add to your body, your skin will say it loudly on the outside.
If you want a young, healthy, healthy, radiant, luminous appearance, then you have to take care of this important organ that is the skin.

  2. WHAT ARE THE STEPS IN A SKINCARE ROUTINE?

This question has been asked me many times. And it is so simple, but of course with so many products out there, one can get confused and end up giving up. The most important thing is that you know your skin. Know what type of skin you have, whether it is dry, sensitive, acne, oily, combination, or normal skin.

From there you should start to choose your care routine. Each product is designed for different types of skin and for the needs of each person.
I recommend that, if you are just starting a skin care routine, you consult a specialist, in this case, a dermatologist to evaluate your case and tell you exactly what your skin needs. But in general, I leave you a small guide of the steps that must be followed in a care routine.

  • Cleanse the face. Either with warm water, micellar water, or a facial cleanser.

  • Moisturize your skin. This step is super important. Since a skin that is not hydrated, more quickly shows the “signs of aging”, which are wrinkles, fine lines, or loses its luminosity and becomes dull skin.

  • Use sunscreen YES or YES. I do not want to speak ill of our largest and brightest star, but it is a reality that its UV rays do us a lot of damage to our skin. They literally burn it, to such an extent that it can lead to skin cancer. Every summer, the sun’s rays intensify. This is due to the pollution that we humans create.
Something important to know about sunscreen is that it is not enough to apply once a day. Even more so if you must spend time outside in the sun.

  1. SHOULD I USE A SOLAR FILTER EVEN IF I AM NOT GOING TO THE BEACH?

Of course yes!. The sun is not only on the beach. U.U
Even if you’re in an office or in your home, you should use sun block or yes during the day. The sun’s rays bounce off mostly white walls, and this is called “resolana”. Resolana hurts your skin too, because, well, it’s the same amount of UV rays.

  2. IS CLEANING DAILY?

It is essential to take care of your skin on a daily basis, because every day you receive dirt.
Cleansing removes all impurities from your skin, and allows your pores to breathe freely.
You should never go to bed with makeup or with a dirty face EVER!

  3. I DO NOT MAKE-UP. SHOULD I CLEAN MY FACE ANYWAY?

Without a doubt! Remember what I mentioned above.
Every day we receive the dirt that surrounds us, dust, smoke, microorganisms floating in the air, all of this sticks to our skin.

Imagine what would happen if you don’t remove all of this from your face, disgusting right?
Your pores become clogged with dirt and the problems of skin infections, acne, oily skin begin, in addition to that you would not allow your skin to regenerate thus causing premature aging.

I hope all of this has helped you to say YES to a skincare routine.
Although it is not your start in care, this can also help you clarify any doubts you may have.
If you have any questions about the subject or anything else about the care that you should take on your skin, be it products, routines, etc., do not hesitate to get in touch.

I will be happy to answer your questions!
